Return policy:
Milsy is a small business so are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind on a piece, or if it's not to the intended users liking.

Damaged or faulty item:
If an item arrives to you damaged, or is in any way faulty, I will do what I can to make things right - either by repair, replacement or refund. Contact me here.

Different price for made to order and instock items: 
As a small business run by one maker, Alice, I primarily create items made-to-order. From time to time, I have limited in-stock pieces available for those who need their order right away. These are priced slightly higher to reflect the cost of maintaining inventory.

New Zealand shipping:
In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-4 business days. 
Made-to-order items will be sent when they are finished, as per the lead time at the time of your order.
When your item is on its way, you will receive an email with parcel tracking information.

International shipping:
Get in touch here and I will see what I can do!
Milsy (and Alice) take no responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items.
